Our journey started with the arrival of our son, Moksh, on Valentine’s Day of 2018, bringing new meaning to our lives. We had moved into our dream house. We wanted a home that reflected our social and environmental convictions. This became the inspiration behind D’Moksha Homes. Our aim has been to create the most beautiful home linens in the most social manner.

What makes our brand unique?

Responsible sourcing is at the heart of everything that we do. We use fabrics like linen, hemp, and lyocell. Greater use of these fabrics helps reduce the dependency on cotton and polyester.

Our weaving partners are primarily solar-powered, matching the global standards set by Bureau Veritas. Our premium packaging can be used for other storage. We also have a strict “No Child Labor” policy.

Does linen wrinkle, and is it easy to iron?

Natural linen is not wrinkle free, it looks unique because of its beautiful slub and the inherent natural creases and crumples. Low Iron as Needed, Steam Iron for a crisp look.

Where is it manufactured and what ethical checks do we follow?

We manufacture in Mumbai, India in our own manufacturing facility with a commitment to provide better workplace for our artisans with equitable share of male/female workforce. Led by a female founder, we follow strict NO child labor policy.
What is your policy for plastic use and pre-consumer waste?

D'Moksha is a zero plastic brand. We do not use any plastic in our products or packaging. We use factory waste by using fabric selvedge to make products such as doilies, coasters, floor mats that creates women employment generate 'at-home' income.
